Our client is seeking a proactive and confident Sales Representative to join their team part-time (20 hours). This role involves managing client relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of customers across shops, kiosks, and the hospitality sector. This is a customer-facing, on-the-road role, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients and promote a range of high-quality products.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Promoting and selling a diverse product portfolio, providing expert advice to customers.
Managing and processing customer orders using the company’s digital app.
Coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
Maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular updates to the Sales Manager.
Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction.
