Our client is looking for a skilled legal professional to handle a variety of corporate matters, focusing on investment funds and regulatory issues. The role includes providing expert legal advice, preparing and reviewing documentation, managing matters, and mentoring junior team members while supporting business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Advising clients on corporate matters, particularly investment funds and regulatory issues.
Preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documentation.
Leading and managing complex legal matters autonomously.
Mentoring junior fee earners and fostering team development.
Supporting business development and client relationship efforts.
Collaborating within a partner-led team to deliver exceptional client service.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have exceptional academic credentials, relevant qualifications, and at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate, financial services, funds, and regulatory law. They will be a confident communicator, skilled in managing complex legal matters, and capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
