Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Providing outstanding customer service by responding promptly to queries and concerns via phone, email, and mail.
Maintaining organised and compliant customer records and documentation.
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Championing the customer experience to ensure appropriate outcomes.
Embracing learning opportunities to enhance skills and support career progression.
Ensuring clarity of objectives and delivering on set performance goals.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. They should thrive in both independent and team settings, demonstrating capability in customer support and administrative tasks. A minimum of pass-level GCSEs or equivalent is required, along with good knowledge of Word, Excel, and spreadsheets. Previous financial administration experience is advantageous but not essential.
