Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation/Commercial Lawyer to join their dynamic legal team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, including complex litigation and commercial matters, within a collaborative and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Advising on and managing a range of litigation cases, including commercial disputes, regulatory matters, and insolvency proceedings.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and statements.
Providing strategic advice to clients on commercial transactions and dispute resolution.
Representing clients in court and arbitration settings as needed.
Supporting senior legal professionals with case preparation and research.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Skills / Qualifications

A qualified lawyer with experience in litigation and/or commercial law, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ideally with at least 5 years experience.
