Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Acting as the first point of contact on the helpdesk, diagnosing and resolving reported issues and user requests.
Providing support for desktop and mobile equipment deployments, updates, and maintenance.
Managing system support, administration, and monitoring of company systems.
Assisting with telephony setup, including mobile devices and desktop handsets, and managing the Call Centre Telephony Solution.
Logging, prioritising, and managing incidents and service requests accurately.
Maintaining and updating system documentation, user access records, and licenses.
Performing routine tasks such as backups and log checks, and assisting in disaster recovery testing.
Providing remote and deskside support for various business units, ensuring operational efficiency.
Monitoring systems to identify and resolve failures promptly.
