A distinguished organisation in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Manager - Funds to join their team. This pivotal role involves leading and developing a team of Fund Administrators, engaging with clients, managing workflows, and ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing the fund administration team, including training, performance management, appraisals, recruitment, and approving holidays.
Acting as the escalation point of contact for clients and team members.
Monitoring KPIs and taking action to ensure targets are met.
Demonstrating leadership with regard to compliance and business conduct, including ensuring training and compliance requests are completed.
Coordinating fund operations, including investment transactions and investor onboarding and reporting.
Liaising with potential clients, attending new business meetings, and preparing fee proposals.
Reviewing and signing risk assessments for new and existing clients.
Ensuring regulatory filings are completed on time, including FATCA/CRS and Guernsey Revenue filings.
Leading fund closing processes, including relevant regulatory applications with the GFSC.
Serving as a member of the Management Committee and acting as an authorised signatory.
Reviewing and approving investment decisions as part of Investment Committee membership.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with extensive expertise in fund administration and a strong background in team leadership. With at least 10 years’ in fund administration and a relevant professional qualification, they will demonstrate excellent people management skills and a proven ability to lead teams effectively.How To Apply
