As the Associate Director, Regulatory Reporting, you will lead the creation and deployment of a unified global regulatory reporting framework, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Leading the seamless deployment of regulatory reporting frameworks across jurisdictions.
Collaborating with global and local stakeholders to establish and monitor performance metrics.
Liaising with tax authorities to address regulatory queries and ensure compliance.
Documenting, updating, and refining processes to align with evolving regulations.
Driving the implementation of new requirements, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Managing a team to maintain high service levels and foster professional growth.
Contributing to continuous policy improvements and providing expert guidance on reporting frameworks.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a highly experienced professional with strong technical knowledge of FATCA/CRS and at least 10 years of relevant industry expertise. Fully qualified or similar level education, and/or a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting Legal, Company Secretarial. You will thrive in leadership roles, excel in managing complex regulatory frameworks, and possess exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
