Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing a varied portfolio of Guernsey domiciled regulated, listed, and unregulated structures with diverse asset bases.
Coordinating short- and long-term administration projects to ensure high service levels are maintained.
Maintaining a separate portfolio of clients while assisting with the administration of complex structures.
Undertaking company secretarial duties, including convening board meetings and taking minutes.
Liaising with legal firms in Guernsey, Europe, and the UK based on client requirements.
Assisting with audits across various companies and structures.
Supporting client due diligence processes for both new and existing clients.
Assisting with FATCA/CRS reporting requirements.
Managing banking and payment processing tasks.
Undertaking signatory responsibilities as required.
