Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Monitoring trade execution to ensure adherence to service level agreements and best execution policies.
Assisting with account openings at various transfer agencies and managing equity and fund transfers.
Overseeing corporate actions, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
Conducting client take-on processes in line with internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
Preparing client risk assessments and file reviews.
Maintaining accurate client portfolio records using internal systems.
Supporting reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with CRS, FATCA, and other mandatory reporting obligations.
Reviewing daily asset reconciliations and following up on discrepancies.
Allocating and identifying client funds while ensuring timely payments in line with regulatory obligations.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in custody, private client investment administration, wealth management, fund administration, or trust administration. They will possess a basic understanding of financial instruments and trade settlement cycles, alongside strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a small team are essential. Strong PC literacy, particularly in MS Excel, along with excellent communication skills, will support success in this role.
