This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Investor Services team within a well-established organisation, delivering fund administration and accounting services to alternative asset fund structures. The role involves AML, FATCA/CRS compliance, investor onboarding, and client relationship management, ensuring regulatory adherence while supporting a diverse global client base.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Managing the investor onboarding process, including customer due diligence (CDD), FATCA/CRS compliance, and static data management.
Conducting ongoing periodic reviews of investors in line with group policies and local regulatory requirements.
Supporting administrators in resolving complex investor servicing queries.
Ensuring regulatory compliance across all investor-related activities.
Assisting in client onboarding and transition processes.
Processing and reviewing fund sub-closes on core systems.
Overseeing investor AML/CDD reviews and ensuring alignment with compliance policies.
Representing Investor Services in client meetings, due diligence sessions, and board meetings.
Leading operational improvements and automation initiatives within the Investor Services team.
Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a collaborative and proactive team environment.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be degree-educated or equivalent, with at least six years’ experience in fund administration, specialising in private equity and closed-ended fund structures. They will have strong knowledge of AML, FATCA/CRS regulations and extensive experience in alternative investment servicing and core Investor Services functions. The successful applicant will excel in client relationship management, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and thrive under pressure. Organisational and communication skills, along with a proactive problem-solving approach, will be essential for success in this role.
