Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Preparing investor correspondence and responding to investor queries.
Maintaining corporate records, statutory registers, and ensuring regulatory filings are up to date.
Preparing and processing payments, conducting bank detail call-backs, and monitoring cash transactions.
Supporting board meeting preparation, including compiling board packs, scheduling meetings, and drafting minutes.
Liaising with client boards and internal teams to manage expectations and deliver a high standard of service.
Drafting corporate resolutions and action points under guidance.
Reviewing legal documents for accuracy and clerical errors.
Assisting in fund reporting, drawdown and distribution notices, and client due diligence requests.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in fund or corporate administration and will ideally hold or be working towards a relevant qualification, such as CGI. Strong knowledge of office administration, including Microsoft Office, accounting software, and online banking systems, is essential. Experience with Acumen (client data and accounting) and M-Files (document management) would be beneficial, though full training will be provided.
