A leading provider of private wealth and corporate services is looking for a Client Director to step into a strategic leadership role. You’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of key clients and drive business development. Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key private wealth and corporate clients.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities and upselling services.
Leading and mentoring a small client servicing team, supporting their development and performance.
Ensuring client structures are efficiently managed in accordance with internal policies, legal requirements and regulatory standards.
Overseeing timely billing and assisting in forecasting and budgeting for the department.
Participating in internal committees and projects aimed at improving processes and client delivery.
Supporting wider strategic objectives and contributing to new service development initiatives.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in client relationship management, including exposure to Closed-Ended Alternative Funds, and will be professionally qualified or part-qualified (ICSA, ACCA or equivalent). They will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, with previous directorship and team management experience, as well as a proven ability to onboard clients and drive business development. A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, they will be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a proactive and dynamic manner. A good network of industry contacts, coupled with a working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, will be advantageous.
