This is an exciting opportunity for a Fund Administrator to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and growing fund administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of efficient and high-quality administration services to a portfolio of fund clients, developing strong client relationships and supporting the smooth running of fund operations.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Administering a varied portfolio of fund structures and maintaining strong client and intermediary relationships.
Undertaking company secretarial duties, including preparing agendas, board packs, and taking minutes.
Managing capital transactions, investor communications, and the maintenance of investor records.
Processing day-to-day fund operations, including banking transactions, payments, and bookkeeping.
Supporting the audit process and assisting with the distribution of financial statements.
Completing regulatory and statutory filings, including FATCA/CRS reporting.
Assisting with the induction, integration, and training of Trainee Fund Administrators.
Maintaining accurate daily time records and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience within the offshore funds or private equity industry, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively. They will be confident communicators, both written and verbal, and will have a sound educational background with strong skills in English and Mathematics. The candidate will be committed to further professional development, including working towards a relevant qualification such as ICSA or the Certificate in Fund Administration. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships with clients and colleagues are essential.
