Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Managing the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of fund structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
Liaising with clients, investors, and professional advisors to maintain strong relationships and deliver high-quality service.
Working closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping, transaction processing, and investment administration.
Coordinating payment processes, including the calculation and distribution of fees, expenses, and investor distributions.
Ensuring cash management policies are adhered to, including fund transfers and investment transactions.
Reviewing and reconciling bank accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up on outstanding items.
Assisting with the preparation of board meeting materials, including drafting agendas, board minutes, and action items.
Collaborating with the company secretarial team to ensure corporate governance and offshore management requirements are met.
Maintaining investor records and registers with a high degree of accuracy.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have considerable fund administration experience, preferably with exposure to property, private equity, or alternative fund structures. They will either be professionally qualified or working towards a relevant qualification in fund administration or accounting. Strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential.
