Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Leading a small team, reviewing and organizing workloads, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Attending client meetings, board meetings, and liaising with property managers and other connected parties.
Overseeing broad administration matters, including governance services, fund accounting, and the preparation of financial statements.
Providing guidance and support to team members to encourage both individual and collaborative success.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for queries and updates.
