Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Accounting Manager to join their dedicated team on a permanent contract. Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Reviewing team members' work to maintain high-quality standards.
Assisting with queries and completing administrative actions during and after accounts preparation.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Liaising with the Transformation team to automate accounts preparation and bookkeeping tasks.
Managing team administration, including timesheets, holidays, scheduling, and delegation.
Conducting performance reviews, setting objectives, and coaching team members to achieve development goals.
Providing training and support on accounts preparation to teams across jurisdictions.
Preparing and delivering annual bookkeeping refresher training and coordinating training for new trust staff.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) or have significant managerial experience in client accounting. They should excel in people management, possess strong technical accounting expertise, and be adept at leading change, especially in automation projects.
