Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Acting as the main point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications.
Providing end-to-end support for technical issues, customer queries, and service requests.
Advising customers on the company’s products and services, including fibre, broadband, and mobile packages.
Ensuring a seamless customer experience by resolving issues promptly or setting clear next steps.
Logging and diagnosing customer faults, implementing the appropriate solutions.
Accurately processing order requests to enable quick and efficient internal follow-ups.
Delivering routine administrative support, including data management and reporting.
