Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Collaborating with teams to craft and deliver tailored technology solutions for new and existing clients, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
Acting as the lead solutions representative on client projects, managing reporting deliverables and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Preparing comprehensive handover materials, user guides, and training sessions to maximise system uptake and effectiveness.
Mentoring and managing a team of technicians and report writers, fostering their development through training and guidance.
Identifying and addressing gaps in reporting capabilities by designing and enhancing reports to improve efficiency.
Reviewing and optimising existing reports, ensuring intuitive access and the highest quality deliverables.
