Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Supporting the Director in building a profitable regulatory and compliance consulting business.
Assisting in the development and delivery of innovative products and services aligned with the firm’s vision and strategy.
Delivering high-quality client service by collaborating with colleagues across consulting, legal, and governance practice areas.
Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and industry standards to provide relevant insights and solutions.
Providing technical advice to clients on products and services in partnership with the Director.
Attending key client meetings with senior stakeholders and preparing comprehensive deliverables such as reports and working papers.
Monitoring mandate risks, budgets, and profitability, and identifying additional revenue opportunities.
Managing client expectations and fostering strong relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring professional qualifications and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with sound knowledge of Guernsey’s regulatory regime. A client-focused approach, intellectual rigor, and a desire to build lasting relationships are essential. Strong presentation and communication skills, coupled with effective project and people management abilities, will set you apart in this role. Experience in other jurisdictions is a plus.How To Apply
