Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Acting as the key point of contact for resolving client data issues and overseeing client data change processes
Leading mass static data amendments, including regulatory remedial exercises, and ensuring the highest levels of accuracy
Conducting fraud prevention checks on client requests to change personal data and querying any potential anomalies
Ensuring periodic statements are sent within agreed timeframes and preparing interest certificates upon request
Calculating periodic fees and assisting with payment and foreign exchange initiation, including client call-backs to verify instructions
Supporting periodic reviews by obtaining documents directly from clients as needed
Providing digital banking setup and troubleshooting support, as well as card enablement assistance for clients.
