Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Identifying and engaging high and ultra-high net worth prospective clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Conducting meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new clients for the Banking Services business.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, external parties, and lead providers.
Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Developing and implementing business development plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.
Collaborating with the Account Executive team to ensure business development efforts contribute to the firm's overall growth.
Promoting banking products and services in a professional manner.
Developing marketing materials and campaigns to support business development initiatives.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in a business development role within the financial services sector, ideally working with high and ultra-high net worth clients. They will be inquisitive and proactive, with a keen ability to investigate and analyse information. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to confidently engage with diverse stakeholders. The candidate must be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. A collaborative approach to teamwork, combined with strategic thinking and execution skills, will be key to success in this role.
