Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Administering a diverse portfolio of trust and company entities, including handling payments, transactional work, asset management, and document preparation.
Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and intermediaries, ensuring timely responses to all communications.
Preparing for and attending client meetings, and producing detailed post-meeting file notes.
Assisting senior staff with the onboarding and termination of client relationships.
Completing and reviewing client time billing records, issuing and following up on invoices, and providing C-level signatory as required.
Ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulatory standards, including maintaining up-to-date due diligence and client risk assessments.
Signing off periodic reviews and adhering to task deadlines.
Supporting the team and business by completing daily timesheets and meeting monthly utilisation targets.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of administrative experience in fiduciary services and be willing to undertake a relevant professional qualification (STEP, ICSA, ACCA). Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a flexible, team-oriented approach are also required.
