Join our client, a global provider of legal, tax and financial services solutions as a Trust Administrator within their CLS Private Clients team. This is an ideal opportunity for an organised and motivated professional to support the day-to-day administration of a varied portfolio of trusts and companies!

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Administering a portfolio of trusts and companies in line with client agreements and regulatory requirements.
Liaising with beneficiaries, intermediaries, auditors, and legal advisers.
Managing correspondence, documentation and routine trust administration tasks.
Supporting internal teams with debt collection and debtor monitoring.
Liaising with the Accounts Team on annual accounts preparation.
Assisting with compliance reviews and ensuring records are kept accurately and up to date.
Contributing to a strong internal communication and team ethos.
Participating in internal events and supporting business development efforts where required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a sound educational background, including GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics, and will be keen to undertake STEP or ICSA qualifications. Some previous experience in trust or company administration would be advantageous, as would a strong client-service mindset. They will demonstrate solid organisational and IT skills, the ability to meet deadlines under pressure, and a willingness to develop professionally in a supportive and structured environment.
