Joining during a major investment phase, the Assistant Club Manager will play a key role in enhancing facilities and service offerings, supporting the Clubs’ continued growth and success. This dynamic role involves leadership, operational oversight, and customer service management, making it ideal for an experienced manager with a passion for health and leisure.

Responsibilities
Overseeing daily operations of both health and leisure clubs, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.Managing duty operations, club procedures, and team rosters to maintain high productivity and service standards.
Supporting and motivate team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensuring excellent customer service standards, resolving client issues promptly and professionally.
Contributing to the Clubs’ development strategy by providing input on operational improvements.
Maintaining clear and effective communication within the team and with club members.
Adapting to a fast-paced environment and provide strong, reliable support to the Club Manager.
Skills / Qualifications
Previous managerial experience is essential; experience within the health and fitness industry is preferred.Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
Confident and outgoing personality with strong leadership skills to motivate and manage staff.
Strong organisation and communication skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
Must be available for shift work, including weekends.
