An established membership-focused organisation is seeking a dedicated Member Services Supervisor to join their team during an exciting period of growth and development. The supervisor will play a key role in ensuring high levels of member satisfaction, managing administrative duties, and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities

Create and manage the team’s weekly shift rota, ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
Delegate administrative tasks effectively across the team.
Serve as the first point of contact for all member enquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Support and collaborate with team members to maintain smooth and efficient daily operations.

Skills / Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, especially in positions with similar supervisory or organisational responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Ability to manage schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure effective team operations.
Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Collaborative approach with the capability to work independently when necessary.
