Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Providing a warm and professional welcome to members and guests.
Handling membership inquiries, renewals, and registrations with efficiency.
Assisting with the daily operations of the facility, including administrative duties.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards for all visitors.
Addressing customer feedback and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Supporting team efforts to coordinate events and activities seamlessly.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be personable, adaptable, and customer-focused, with a willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. They should excel both in a team environment and independently. While prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous, a positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service are essential.
