This role focuses on managing relationships with Guernsey-based employers who participate in pension products. You’ll work closely with business development and onboarding teams to ensure smooth account management for employers' pensions post-sale, with responsibilities tailored to your expertise and experience.

Responsibilities
The duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Serving as the primary contact for employers throughout their relationship, guiding them in understanding and fulfilling their pension responsibilities, and keeping them informed on procedural, regulatory, and legislative requirements.
Ensuring that administration teams are updated on employer changes.
Maintaining a regular schedule of client meetings.
Responding promptly to queries and coordinating with the risk review team on significant business changes to ensure accurate compliance documentation.
Collaborating with product management to optimise client resources, foster continuous improvement in fiduciary practices, and lead client engagement initiatives.
