Our client is looking for an experienced and qualified Trust Manager to join their Client Services team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of high-risk trust and company clients.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Managing client relationships including client meetings, responding to queries and information requests received from underlying clients, beneficiaries and settlors.
Liaising with intermediaries and advisors.
Reviewing trust and corporate documents including memorandum and articles, settlement instruments and letters of wishes.
Preparing/reviewing minutes, corporate authorities, shareholder resolutions and statutory returns.
