Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Assisting with routine administrative and clerical tasks within the team.
Accurately recording time spent on individual cases to meet targets.
Preparing minutes, client correspondence, and investment and financial reports within agreed timescales.
Drafting bank instructions, conducting simple reconciliations, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping records.
Ensuring adherence to good business practices, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
Undertaking at least 15 hours of Continuing Professional Development annually and maintaining relevant evidence.
Performing other duties aligned with the role’s responsibilities.
