Our client, a prestigious and well-established fiduciary services provider, is seeking a Executive Director to lead its private wealth division. This senior leadership role encompasses strategic oversight, governance, and operational management, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client services while driving business growth.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Serving as a board member and overseeing governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Managing a portfolio of complex trusts and companies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Leading the private wealth team to achieve business objectives and high performance.
Driving business development and fostering client and intermediary relationships.
Representing the organisation to enhance its profile and expand its influence.
Overseeing risk management and corporate governance standards.
Innovating fiduciary services and monitoring financial performance to meet strategic goals.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years’ experience in a senior fiduciary role, including prior board experience. They will hold a professional qualification and be eligible for registration as a Principal Person with the GFSC. A deep understanding of fiduciary structures, legal and regulatory frameworks, and private wealth management is essential. The successful candidate will also possess exceptional leadership skills, demonstrated business development acumen, and the ability to inspire teams and foster client relationships.
