As a Senior Trust & Company Administrator, you will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio, ensuring seamless administration, and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Managing the general administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies.
Overseeing bookkeeping tasks and maintaining financial records.
Handling statutory work, including drafting minutes, agreements, and trust instruments.
Liaising with clients, intermediaries, and financial institutions.
Managing the purchase and sale of a wide range of investments and assets, including properties.
Processing payments, distributions, invoices, and investments.
Ensuring client due diligence (CDD) is up to date and compliant.
Reviewing and preparing client reports.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in trust and company administration, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be a STEP or ICSA-qualified professional, demonstrating the ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt to changing business needs. A keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads are essential.
