Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Oversee the dissolution of companies and termination of trusts, ensuring the correct transfer and distribution of assets.
Agree and implement structured exit plans for clients transferring to another service provider.
Review due diligence and tax information to ensure regulatory compliance before closure.
Manage all updates to tax authorities, registrars, and internal records throughout the closure process.
Liaise with beneficiaries, external advisors, and legal professionals to facilitate asset transfers.
Raise termination fees and adjust fee profiles accordingly.
Appoint and collaborate with liquidators and legal counsel to draft and execute termination documents.
Conduct final account preparation and reconciliation for closed entities.
Ensure CDD/KYC requirements are met in line with internal and regulatory guidelines.
