This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a well-established fiduciary services. They are seeking a proactive and experienced Trust Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex structures and provide leadership to a team of administrators.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing a portfolio of trust and company structures, ensuring regulatory and legal obligations are met.
Providing day-to-day oversight and guidance to a team of administrators, reviewing workloads, conducting appraisals and supporting career development.
Liaising directly with clients and intermediaries to maintain strong relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Reviewing client documentation and assisting in the onboarding of new business.
Ensuring adherence to compliance requirements, internal policies, and risk mitigation measures.
Assisting with budgeting, billing and WIP management.
Supporting senior management with internal reporting, project delivery, and process improvements.
Participating in client meetings and contributing to business development initiatives as required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be STEP or CGI qualified, or actively working towards a similar professional qualification. They will be proactive and forward-thinking, with the confidence to manage tasks independently and use their own initiative. A strong understanding of the fiduciary industry, business landscape and client expectations is essential, along with demonstrable experience in an administration role, showcasing a robust technical skill set and sound regulatory knowledge. Strategic awareness of evolving market trends in fiduciary services will be key, supported by excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated and results-driven, the successful individual will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while ensuring the efficient operation of their portfolio.How To Apply
