An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Client Director to lead trust administration teams, ensuring the delivery of outstanding client service while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Leading and inspiring trust administration teams to provide high-quality services.
Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management.
Building and nurturing relationships with high-value clients, providing expert fiduciary guidance.
Acting as a trusted advisor on trust structures and administration.
Resolving escalated client issues with professionalism and urgency.
Overseeing day-to-day trust administration operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Ensuring accurate and timely execution of trust transactions and reporting.
Partnering with the CEO and senior leadership to define and execute business strategy.
Identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation.
Representing the trust business in executive forums, contributing to the strategic direction of the broader organisation.
Leading customer experience transformation initiatives, including digital tools and automation to optimise client interactions.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field, with a STEP or equivalent professional qualification preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in trust and fiduciary services, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The role demands exceptional leadership and client relationship management skills, as well as expertise in trust structures, administration, and regulatory frameworks.
