Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Providing ongoing administrative support to a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Managing client relationships effectively, ensuring expectations are met and valuable relationships are maintained.
Handling the administration of workload, including timely and accurate processing, prioritisation of tasks, and meeting transaction, statutory, and internal procedural deadlines.
Supporting the client acceptance process and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Assisting with WIP and debt collection management to maintain efficient financial operations.
Undertaking additional administrative tasks and projects as required.
