Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Providing ongoing administrative support to a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Managing client relationships effectively, ensuring expectations are met and valuable relationships are maintained.
Handling the administration of workload, including timely and accurate processing, prioritisation of tasks, and meeting transaction, statutory, and internal procedural deadlines.
Supporting the client acceptance process and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Assisting with WIP and debt collection management to maintain efficient financial operations.
Undertaking additional administrative tasks and projects as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will have proven experience in corporate administration and be keen to pursue a relevant professional qualification, such as STEP or CGI. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A positive and flexible approach, combined with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, will be key to success in this role.
