Join our client- a highly respected fiduciary and corporate services provider known for delivering exceptional client solutions across a diverse portfolio of trusts and companies. With a strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and long-term client relationships, they are looking for a Client Services Officer to manage the day-to-day administration of client entities, ensuring seamless operations and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Manage entity administration, including setting up and maintaining client and statutory records.
Prepare trust and corporate setup documents, including memorandum and articles, settlement instruments, and letters of wishes.
Draft Board minutes, corporate authorities, shareholder resolutions, and bank instructions.
Maintain bookkeeping records, process invoices, and draft statutory returns.
Act as an authorised signatory, ensuring four-eyes review principles are applied.
Handle client reporting, responding to queries from clients, beneficiaries, and advisors.
Participate in client meetings, liaising with intermediaries and professional advisors.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities where appropriate.
Contribute to the development of precedent documents, marketing materials, policies, and procedures.

Skills / Qualifications

This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with around 5 years' experience in fiduciary services and a relevant professional qualification, however we would be willing to support progression. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of trust and company administration, financial record-keeping, and compliance regulations. Excellent communication skills, client management experience, and the ability to work independently are essential, along with a keen eye for efficiency improvements and best practice implementation.
