Known for their professionalism and commitment to excellence, our client is seeking a dynamic Trust Officer or Senior Trust Officer to help deliver top-tier service while fostering client relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in the management of administrative and clerical duties within the Trust and Company Administration team, ensuring service levels and business standards are met.
Accurately recording time spent on individual cases to meet performance targets.
Maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and intermediaries, identifying opportunities for business development.
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements within the Trust Administration team.
Reviewing investment and financial reports for approval within agreed timescales.
Contributing to staff training and development, providing fiduciary knowledge as needed.
Undertaking at least 20 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) annually and maintaining evidence thereof.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a deep and continually developing knowledge of fiduciary services, along with at least five years’ experience in the field. They should be qualified or working towards a professional qualification (such as STEP Diploma or equivalent) and demonstrate strong client relationship management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to support and develop team members are essential. A commitment to professional development and business excellence is key to thriving in this role.
