In this Trust Administrator role, you will be at the heart of delivering a personalised and efficient service to a diverse range of international clients while growing your expertise in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date statutory records.
Processing payments and identifying receipts as required.
Preparing minutes and resolutions for routine matters.
Assisting with annual entity reviews and resolving action points.
Liaising with internal departments on legal, accounting, and tax matters.
Communicating with clients and intermediaries on straightforward queries via phone and email.
Completing administrative tasks related to the management of trust and company structures.
Supporting non-complex ad hoc project work as needed.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing their own portfolio of clients in a trust and corporate administration setting. They will bring strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to teamwork. A desire to pursue relevant professional qualifications, such as the STEP Certificate or Diploma, is essential.
