Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in managing a team of administrators across trust and company administration while supporting the Team Manager in daily operations.
Overseeing elements of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Building and maintaining strong client and intermediary relationships.
Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and administration of a designated client portfolio.
Leading and motivating the team to achieve goals and fostering a collaborative work culture.
Ensuring accurate time recording, timely invoicing, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Preparing for and attending client meetings, as well as executing follow-up actions.
Demonstrating strong risk management and regulatory compliance awareness.
Attending meetings with clients and third parties alongside senior management.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in Trust & Company Administration, with a strong understanding of financial transactions, reporting, and regulatory requirements. They will be a STEP or ICSA-qualified professional, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, along with the ability to problem-solve, manage deadlines, and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
