Our client is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee and manage trust and company services. This role involves maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, managing a portfolio of trusts and companies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Managing and administering a portfolio of trusts and companies.
Reviewing WIP reports and overseeing fee collection and debtor management.
Supervising the preparation of annual accounts, receipts, and payment statements.
Liaising with beneficiaries, brokers, bankers, auditors, and legal advisors.
Drafting Trustee Resolutions, Company minutes, and other documents.
Reviewing entities to ensure compliance with company procedures.
Coordinating ad-hoc projects and contributing to client relationship development.
Ensuring adherence to compliance and anti-money laundering requirements.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in trust and company administration, strong knowledge of banking and investment procedures, and a robust understanding of compliance and tax legislation.
