Take the next step in your career as an Assistant Manager, supporting the Trust Manager in providing efficient, professional services to a portfolio of complex and time-sensitive companies and trusts and play a pivotal role in staff development within a dynamic fiduciary environment.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Managing administrative and clerical duties within the team to ensure service levels and business standards are met.
Maintaining close professional relationships with clients and intermediaries, identifying business development opportunities.
Monitoring and upholding regulatory compliance and good business practices within the team.
Reviewing investment and financial reports for approval by senior management.
Assisting with staff training and development, sharing fiduciary expertise as needed.
Providing cover for the Trust Manager in their absence and assisting with team oversight.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will bring a comprehensive knowledge of fiduciary services and at least five to seven years of experience in the sector. They will be qualified or close to completing a professional qualification, such as the STEP Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, a commitment to business excellence, and the ability to supervise and support staff development are essential.
