Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Assisting clients with day-to-day banking services and ensuring timely and accurate processing of instructions.
Handling a variety of client requests including payments, security trades, foreign exchange, fixed deposits, and corporate actions.
Conducting client call backs, resolving queries, and assisting with online banking activations.
Supporting the wider team during periods of high demand and collaborating across functions as needed.
Identifying opportunities to promote additional banking products and services, and liaising with Relationship Managers to develop these leads.
Maintaining awareness of the bank’s financial targets and proactively contributing to client revenue growth.
Participating in project work and large-scale system initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate a collaborative and proactive approach to client service. They will be IT proficient, with a keen interest in banking and financial services. While experience in a banking role is advantageous, it is not essential. An inquisitive mindset, willingness to embrace change, and a solution-oriented attitude are key to success in this role.
