Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and develop a team dedicated to enhancing efficiency, quality, and performance across the organisation. This role is integral to driving process optimisation and fostering a culture of innovation through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Leading and mentoring the continuous improvement team, setting clear priorities aligned with organisational objectives.
Developing and implementing a structured continuous improvement roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership.
Managing multiple improvement projects, ensuring timely execution within scope, budget, and expected outcomes.
Analysing existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and applying Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies to streamline processes.
Gathering and analysing data to detect trends, root causes, and areas for enhancement, using insights to validate project success.
Providing training and resources to build a culture of continuous learning and process excellence across the organisation.
Engaging with stakeholders across departments to build support for improvement initiatives and encourage adoption at all levels.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in process optimisation and operational excellence, with at least 3-5 years of management experience. A strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies is essential, with certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) considered an advantage. The role requires exceptional leadership skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and project management expertise. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities are also key.
