Our client is seeking a Company Secretary Officer to provide dedicated company secretarial services to support Relationship Management teams. Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing Guernsey Registry filings, including incorporations, annual validations, audit waivers and AGM monitoring.
Maintaining the registered office board and updating company secretarial data in the internal system (Navision).
Coordinating with external agents and assisting with Beneficial Ownership Register filings.
Supporting Relationship Managers with company-related matters, including incorporations, liquidations, and statutory processes.
Managing economic substance reporting, including tax returns and jurisdiction-specific notifications.
Overseeing the completion of BVI annual financial returns.
Staying informed on legislative and regulatory developments in company law and ensuring relevant updates are communicated to the team.
Collaborating internally to ensure timely delivery of company secretarial data and participating in ad hoc projects as required.
Accurately recording and managing time across tasks and responsibilities.
