Known for delivering expert risk and compliance solutions, they are seeking a Compliance Administrator to play a key role in supporting the Head of Risk & Compliance.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in action points arising from the risk-based Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) and providing updates on progress.
Maintaining compliance policies and procedures for all licensees to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence.
Managing compliance registers, including the complaints log, conflicts of interest register, and breaches register.
Performing sanctions screening checks and maintaining accurate records of all findings.
Supporting the Head of Risk & Compliance in ensuring robust client due diligence (CDD) and managing remediation actions where necessary.
Conducting regular client reviews and risk assessments according to assigned risk levels.

How To Apply

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles and hold relevant qualifications such as an AML/CTF Certificate or Compliance Diploma. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently will be essential. A proactive approach to compliance challenges and excellent communication skills will be key in building effective relationships across the business.
