Our client is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their Guernsey team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of compliance operations and ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements!

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Reviewing and processing completed Periodic Reviews and Customer Risk Assessments.
Setting and administering compliance task lists and planners.
Reviewing CDD documentation for alignment with legal and policy requirements, with guidance from the MLCO.
Processing and maintaining all CDD and related updates.
Administering internal approval forms and managing related records.
Monitoring the compliance mailbox and responding to internal queries.
Keeping trust management systems updated with current information.
Processing ongoing screening via World Check and supporting remediation efforts.
Maintaining internal registers and responding to Google Alerts and Themis notices.
Supporting FATCA/CRS reporting requirements.
Assisting with updates to policies and procedures, including tracking document changes.
