Our client is looking for a new Administrator to join their Corporate Actions team. This role involves ensuring the timely administration and processing of dividends, shareholder meetings, disclosures, and other corporate actions.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Preparing notification to clients of all required corporate actions, dividends, meetings and such related events.
Upon receipt of confirmation of share & cash movements, ensuring allocations and entitlements are reconciled.
Creating input to update records.
Responding to client queries and communications in a timely manner.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong mathematics and English language skills, with the ability to perform accurate calculations and craft well-structured, concise written enquiries. Prior experience is not required for this role.
