In this role you will contribute to the delivery of an excellent customer experience by providing high-quality customer support to both internal and external customers.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Welcoming, assisting and directing visitors to the office.
Operating the telecommunications and ticketing systems.
Managing broker diaries daily and chasing clients for updates, renewal payments and/or outstanding documentation.

Skills / Qualifications

If you have a good level of general education including GCSEs in Maths & English at Grade C or above, and possess excellent customer care and inter-personal skills, get in touch!
