With over £2 billion in assets under administration, our client is looking for an Entity Review Officer to play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices across a diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Conduct annual and biennial entity reviews, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Assess and document any errors, omissions, or breaches in entity administration.
Escalate any material or significant failings to Directors as they arise.
Assist with the rectification of identified issues, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Monitor action point remediation progress for entity reviews.
Support compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and internal audit functions.
Assist with the development of policies, procedures, and best practice frameworks.
Verify and document source of wealth and funds for client entities.
Participate in ad-hoc projects as required by Directors.
Skills / Qualifications
This role is ideal for an ICSA or STEP-qualified fiduciary professional with experience in entity reviews, compliance, and corporate governance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of trust and company laws, regulatory frameworks (including the GFSC Handbook), and financial principles. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and mitigate business risks are essential, along with concise and effective communication skills.How To Apply
