Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Company Secretarial team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role will suit an individual with proven company secretarial experience who thrives in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Providing day-to-day company secretarial services to a dedicated portfolio of clients.
Arranging and attending client board meetings, drafting and finalising minutes.
Maintaining corporate records and statutory reports.
Managing minute books and issuing EGM and AGM notices, including proxy collation and recording.
Coordinating statutory filings with the Guernsey Registry and the GFSC.
Organising certification of statutory documentation when required.
Setting up new clients on the company secretarial database.
Coordinating and issuing board packs ahead of meetings.
Dealing with client and director queries professionally and efficiently.
Making announcements in accordance with stock exchange requirements.
Recording time accurately using the time billing system.
Performing other duties as required, in line with the evolving needs of the role.
Demonstrating the company's vision and values in all areas of work.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous company secretarial experience and hold or be studying towards a relevant qualification such as ICSA or equivalent. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively are key. The successful individual will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and will be proactive, organised, and able to work to deadlines under pressure.How To Apply
